We want you to have a great experience with Sacred Path. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase Sacred Path Founders Access ($27) and are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

No questions asked. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.

How to request a refund:

  • Email support@mysacredpath.app
  • Subject line: “Refund Request”
  • Include: the email address used for the purchase, the date of purchase, and (optionally) why you’re requesting the refund — this helps us improve, but it’s not required

After 30 Days

After 30 days from purchase, Founders Access is final and non-refundable.

However, we may issue refunds beyond 30 days on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the Services
  • You were charged in error
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Contact support@mysacredpath.app to discuss. Refund decisions in these cases are at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us first at support@mysacredpath.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any billing issue promptly.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent termination of your access and refusal of future purchases.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases.

However: by beginning to use the Services immediately upon purchase (e.g., viewing your personalized reading plan, receiving Day 1 content), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily, above and beyond your statutory rights, and applies regardless of whether you began using the Services.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal (if applicable): 1–3 business days

If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, contact support@mysacredpath.app with your original order details.
