These Terms are a binding contract between you and CREATIVIO AI SRL. Your use of the Services means you agree to all of these Terms. These Terms include the provisions in this document as well as those in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT NOTICES: These Terms include limitations of liability, a class action waiver, and dispute resolution by arbitration. If you do not agree to all of the following, you may not use or access the Services.
You understand and agree that the Services are a Bible reading aid and are not intended to provide prophetic guidance, predict future events, diagnose or treat any condition, replace pastoral counseling, or substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, spiritual, or pastoral care. Sacred Path is a denomination-neutral tool for Bible study and personal devotion only.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. If we do, we will place a notice on our website, send you an email, and/or attempt to notify you by other means. Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. If you use the Services after a change is effective, you agree to all changes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If you are under 18 but at least 13, you may only use the Services with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Your Account
To access certain features, you may be asked to provide contact information. You promise to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You may not impersonate another person or use another’s name without authorization. You are responsible for any activity occurring under your email address.
Services Provided
Sacred Path provides:
- A quiz-based personalized Bible reading plan generator
- Daily devotional content delivered by email over a 7-day sequence
- Scripture routing that matches life situations or burdens to Bible passages
- Bible passages in public-domain English translations (including the Berean Standard Bible, King James Version, American Standard Version, and World English Bible)
You will only use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, and only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws.
Communications
When you sign up, you may receive communications from us, including welcome emails, transactional messages (account updates, receipts), and, with your consent, promotional emails. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting support@mysacredpath.app.
Restrictions on Use
You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not:
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights of anyone
- Violate any law or regulation
- Use the Services in any way that is violent, dangerous, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable
- Promote illegal or harmful activities
- Impersonate or misrepresent your identity
- Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written permission
- Collect Personal Data from other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Scrape, spider, or use any automated means to access the Services
- Copy or store any significant portion of the content
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services
Violation is grounds for termination of your access to the Services.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Services — including text, graphics, images, quiz mechanics, reading plans, software code, and design elements — is owned by Creativio AI SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Bible translations used in the Services are exclusively in the public domain, including but not limited to:
- Berean Standard Bible (BSB) — Public Domain (primary translation)
- King James Version (KJV) — Public Domain
- American Standard Version (ASV) — Public Domain (published 1901)
- World English Bible (WEB) — Public Domain
- Young’s Literal Translation (YLT) — Public Domain
We do not reproduce, display, or distribute any copyrighted Bible translations such as the NIV, ESV, NLT, NKJV, NASB, CSB, or any other translation that requires commercial licensing.
Sacred Path grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Purchases and Fees
Sacred Path is offered as a one-time purchase at $27 USD for Sacred Path Founders Access, which includes your personalized 7-day reading plan delivered by email and the ability to create additional Sacred Paths in the future for different seasons of your life at no additional charge.
Payment Processing. We use Stripe as our payment processor. By choosing to purchase, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes (including VAT where applicable), and fees. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method.
No Recurring Charges. Sacred Path Founders Access is a one-time charge. You will not be billed again. We do not operate an auto-renewing subscription at this time.
Founders Access Duration. Founders Access includes the Services offered as part of the plan at purchase, for as long as those Services continue to be generally available. We reserve the right to modify the Services over time. You will be entitled to access for the shorter of (i) the duration of your lifetime or (ii) as long as Creativio AI SRL continues to operate and make such Services generally available. Founders Access is not transferable.
Changes to Fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of price changes before they take effect. Price changes will not apply to purchases already completed.
Refunds. All refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Founders Access purchases — see the Refund Policy for full terms.
Promotion Codes. Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers. Introductory prices are for new users only.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by contacting us at support@mysacredpath.app to delete your data. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason in our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Sacred Path is a Bible reading aid and personal devotional tool only. We make no representations or warranties that:
- Use of the Services will produce any particular spiritual, emotional, or life outcome
- The Services constitute pastoral guidance, spiritual direction, or religious counseling
- AI-generated content reflects the official views of any denomination, church, or religious authority
- The Services will accurately interpret any user’s spiritual state or relationship with God
AI OUTPUT DISCLAIMER. Sacred Path uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate personalized reading plans and devotional content. AI output is generated through machine learning processes and is not tested, verified, endorsed, or guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, complete, or theologically sound by us or anyone else. You should independently review and verify AI output and consult qualified spiritual advisors, pastors, or teachers for any significant spiritual questions.
Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer
Sacred Path is not a healthcare or mental health service, and the Services should not be considered medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately. Nothing in the Services substitutes for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CREATIVIO AI SRL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creativio AI SRL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the Services and (b) your violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@mysacredpath.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
Arbitration (for users outside the EU/UK). If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, under its Rules of Arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, seated in Timișoara, Romania.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SACRED PATH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.
EU Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
Right of Withdrawal (EU). If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from any purchase for any reason, by contacting support@mysacredpath.app. Note: by starting to use digital services (such as receiving your personalized reading plan) immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive this right of withdrawal for digital content, as permitted under EU law. Our 30-day refund guarantee (see Refund Policy) is offered voluntarily beyond the statutory withdrawal period.
Miscellaneous
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without consent. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
